At a congregational meeting held February 7, 2022, a vote was taken and approved to sell The Homestead property owned by the Bel Air United Methodist Church.
You can find links to the site plan of the proposed reconfiguration of the property below. The plan will establish four lots for home sites in the back corner of the property, keep intact three acres and numerous champion trees on the lot containing the historic Homestead house, and retain parking and a buffer for the church.

It is expected that all approvals and lots available for sale will be completed over the next several months. The property and the Homestead house has served the church well for many years, but it is time to return it to a family home; a unique home on an incomparable site in the town of Bel Air.
