THE PASS IT ON MINISTRY VOLUNTEERS ARE AVAILABLE ON  MONDAYS FROM 9 AM TO 12 NOON. 
A VOLUNTEER WILL CONTACT YOU BY E-MAIL OR PHONE WITHIN 3 – 5 BUSINESS DAYS

Pass-It-On Financial Assistance Ministry of Bel Air United Methodist Church helps Harford County residents once every 12 months with

  • BGE or Delmarva turn off notices

*  For property managers who accept vouchers/partial payments

    • Court Ordered Evictions * 
    • Security Deposits  *

Please note that we do NOT assist with Water Bills or Lodging
