Starting January 5, 2026, Pass-It-On Financial Assistance Ministry of Bel Air United Methodist Church will help Harford County residents once every 24 months with BGE or Delmarva turn-off notices. To be eligible for assistance, you MUST be a Harford County resident with a current turn-off notice showing a balance of less than $1,000. To receive assistance, you must come in person to the church on Monday morning between 9 am and 11:30 am. You may be asked to show a valid ID.

Please note that church staff is unable to provide ministry help during the week. Volunteers will meet with clients and, if possible, answer phone calls on Monday mornings. As always, we are praying for you.

Please note that we do NOT assist with Water Bills, Lodging, Evictions or Security Deposits
