Our Fall GriefShare – Monday, October 3 – January 23.

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 (New International Version)

It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now.  If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you have probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel.  That’s the reason for GriefShare, a special seminar/support group for people grieving the death of someone close.  We understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult time.

Each GriefShare session includes a video seminar featuring top experts on grief and recovery topics.  After viewing the video, you will participate in a group discussion about what you have seen.  You’ll have the opportunity to interact with others who have experienced a recent loss, learn about their experiences, and share your own.

You are welcome to begin attending the GriefShare group at any time during the 13-week session.  There are many resources that can assist you as you travel this road from mourning to joy

GriefShare meets on Mondays 6:30  – 8:30 pm for thirteen weeks, twice a year: February – May and October – December.   Our Fall GriefShare – Monday, October 3 – January 23.
